How are you feeling? When I gained 30 pounds last year I decided that was going to be the primary question I asked myself as I tried to regain my health back. When it comes to health and fitness we are too often comparing ourself to other people, looking for the quickest way to achieve our body goals, and in the process not even thinking about ourselves and whether or not we can sustain the methods we are trying to use to be healthy or lose weight. I work to inspire people to consider how they really feel on a day to day basis and motivate them to Forget How They Look, and Focus on How They FEEL.
