I’m Yvonne Simone, and i’ve spent about 10 years battling myself to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I was always ready to listen to what worked for everyone else, but I never thought about how to make health & wellness fit into my likes, available time, and desires (i’ll never fully give up sugar…ever). I’m committed to finding what works for my life, and helping you find what works for yours! I’m learning to approach all the health and wellness information out there in a new way, it’s not about what worked for Karen, it’s about what is going to work for you.
Who is this blog for?
The man or woman who has tried EVERYTHING, but still finds themselves in the exact same place with their health goals. There are tons of methods and diets out there, and honestly if you stick to them most of them work. BUT, we often chose things because we see it worked for someone else or that it seemed to work quickly we have to start assessing what we can actually stick to before going all in. I test and try foods, beauty products, eating styles, and workouts that apply to an average persons lifestyle (most of us work everyday, most of us don’t have thousands to spend on programs and supplements, most of us do not have multiple hours a day to exercise). The methods and products I try I share with you in hopes that you will be motivated to change your own life with small and easy changes!
